Some clients wish to have their rejected claims worked by an outside billing service because there simply isn't
enough time for in-house staff to perform these time consuming tasks. Other clients want only their insurance
claims filed, or temporary help whenever their office gets backed up with paperwork.
Option 1: Full Service Receivables (Generate statements with a balance of $10 or more)

Electronic/Paper claim submission to primary and secondary commercial payors.

Following up with insurance carriers to check the status of your claims.

Send Letters of Medical Necessity when required.

Track unpaid procedures and resubmit claims, if necessary.

We handle insurance appeals and/or complaints.

Posting payments to your insurance claims or self pay patient accounts.

We take all patient inquires in relation to their bills out of your office and into ours.

Generate patient statements with a balance of $10.00 or more.

We provide "soft" collections.

Notify our clients regarding any "Incomplete Claims" which were unable to be processed as a result, or
when additional information is needed by the insurance carrier.
